Toshiro Hitsugaya

Toshiro Hitsugaya is the youngest Captain in Gotei 13 history, earning his rank before adulthood. His Zanpakutō, Hyōrinmaru, is the most powerful ice-type in Soul Society. His Bankai, Daiguren Hyōrinmaru, forms an ice dragon around him, and with adult form evolution in TYBW, he achieves complete mastery: Hyōketsu (absolute freezing). Hitsugaya is mature beyond his years, sensitive about his height, and fiercely protective of his childhood friend Momo Hinamori. He is the tactical genius of the Gotei 13, planning multi-step strategies in battle. His fight against Harribel and later against Gerard Valkyrie showcases his ice's unlimited potential. Toshiro may be young, but he is a pillar of the Gotei.
